Refund policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please email info@sarahcecelia.com within 30 days of receiving the item to authorize a return or exchange. The item must be return in its original condition and packaging. Custom made pieces and special orders are non-refundable. Gifts can be returned for store credit only. Once the item is received, a full refund will be issued or an exchange will be processed. Shipping charges will not be refunded, and buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
